PREORDER - Sticky Gingerbread Pudding (Vegan)

Name something better than warm gingerbread cake with a salted caramel sauce drizzled over top - we'll wait. Never mind, this new (to us) holiday treat is vegan! Just pop the pudding in the oven for 10 minutes, warm up the caramel sauce, drizzle it over & serve! Would recommend some vegan ice cream from Willard's to serve along side it, but you do you.
