Doctor's Appointments
Do you ever wish you could book a doctor's appointment for your houseplants? This year, as a way to bridge the limitations of our repotting service and consultation service, we are now offering Doctor's Appointments, which you can book to bring your plant in to get some TLC from the Plant Department here at Pinch!
How it Works:
If you're interested in a Doctor's Appointment but have more questions, fill out the form below and someone will help you set one up, or you can just bring your plant into the shop. Visits can last up to one week, so please drop your plant off at a time when you know you'll be able to pick it back up a week later. One of our team will fill out an intake form when you drop off, and you'll receive a copy of your report with the diagnosis and follow-up recommendations.
Cost:
The standard cost of a Doctor's Appointment is $25 and includes as needed:
- soil & soil amendments
- organic fertilizer treatments
- disinfection & removal of rotting root tissue
- preventative pest management strategies (no pesticides or herbicides used)
- education & support through Plant Care Services
Should the circumstances of the patient's condition require additional materials (such as trellis or pole supports, or is larger than 10"), any action taken that would require an additional cost incurred would be confirmed with you prior to moving forward.
Please note that all patients are given a pest check on arrival. If we find an infestation, we won't be able to take the plant in, and we'll ask you to remove it from the premises right away to protect the rest of our inventory.
